Shipping Charges
Free shipping on all orders above ₹500.
A flat ₹50 shipping charge applies to orders below ₹500.
Shipping charges are shown clearly at checkout before you pay.
Delivery Timeframes
Delivery usually takes 3–7 business days after dispatch, depending on your location.
Remote areas (North-East, J&K, Andaman): 7–12 business days.
Tracking details are shared as soon as your order ships.
Order Processing
All orders are dispatched within 24–48 hours of payment confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next working day.
You will receive an order confirmation and a dispatch update.
Cash on Delivery
COD is available on all orders across India. A small COD handling fee may apply for orders above ₹5,000.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via WhatsApp and SMS. You can also track your order at /pages/track-order.
International Shipping
We ship to most countries worldwide.
Free international shipping on orders above ₹10,000.
Flat ₹2,500 shipping on orders below ₹10,000 — no country-wise variation, no weight-based calculation, no surprise courier charges at checkout.
Delivery usually takes 7–14 business days depending on destination and customs clearance.
Customs duties or taxes, if applicable, are determined by local authorities and paid by the recipient. They are not included in your order total. If a shipment is returned or destroyed because such charges were not paid, the order is not eligible for a refund.
Delayed or Lost Shipments
