  1. Kindly Note : we Don't have a Refund Policy

    We Believe In Satisfying And Delighting Our Customers. We Are

    Prices And With The Best Of Hopes That We Continue Our Relations Till
    Time Abides With Your Love For Things Indian! However, If Due To Some
    Unforeseen Situation, You Require The Return Of The Product Then The
    Following Terms

    Apply For A Mutually Consented Return.

    1. If You Want To Exchange A Product You Have To Mail Us On @gmail.com Within 24 hr Customer Needs To Raise Request For Exchange After 4 Days Customer Are Not Eligible For Any Type Of Exchange.
    2. In Case If You Received A Defective Product From Our Side Than We Will Give You Exchange. T&C Applied
      If You Received A Defective Product From Our Side For Claim You Must Send a
      Pre-Opening Video Within 24 Hours If Your Not Able To Provide Pre-opening Video of Wrong Product/Parcel, We Can Not Pass Your Claim For Wrong Product.
    3. From The Day You Receiving The Package. We, Will, Validate Your exchange Request, Only After We Authorize It.
    4. We Don’t Offer Any Type Of Refund. We Can Only Exchange The Product.
    5. You Have To Agree To Our Return Policy Before You Purchase Any Product From Our Store.
    6. Shipping and COD charges Are Non-refundable.
    7. For the Designer Section, we do not have a return, Exchange, or Refund Policy.
    8. If you want to return the order, we can deduct 500 INR ( Operation charges + shipping charges) which is not Refundable.

    Ans. We Can Exchange Product With Same Amount Or Deference Amount
    Product (Deference Amount Will Pay By Customer If Customer Choose Less
    Amount Product We Can Settle Remaining Amount From Our Side As Well).
    ONLY ONE TIME EXCHANGE IS POSSIBLE. 

    NoteWe Do Not Offer Any Type Of
    Reverse Pickup Service From Our Side In Both Case You Have To Courier
    Parcel At Our Warehouse Address. Courier Charges Needs To Be Paid By
    Customers.(An additional amount of ₹200 is to be paid for the exchange
    process)

  4. * The Product Should Have The Original Packaging And Tags In Place. Items without The Original Tags Will Not Be Accepted.

    * Sarees With Fall And Edging Would Not Be Accepted For Return Or Exchange.

    * Customised Products Cannot Be Returned Or Exchanged

    * Products Bought During Sale Or If You Use Any Kind Of
    Coupon Or Discount Code Of Offer Are Non-Returnable, Non-Refundable
    & Non-Exchangeable.

  5. Once We Received Your Product At Our Warehouse Your Product
    Will Be Sent For ( Qc ) Quality Check After Verifying Your Parcel From
    Our Side We Will Process Your Request As Well .

    Variation In Colour, Fabric & Work Is Possible Due To Lightings
    & Flash While Photo Shoot.

    Note : Decoration Material Like Tassels, Purse, Jewellery, And
    Any Other Accessory Showing In The Image Are Not Included With The
    Product Always Check Description Before Purchase.

  6. Note: Any Dispute Arise Between The Parties, Only Surat Court Have Jurisdiction To Settle The Dispute.
